Service Description
The first session costs $150 plus a one-time setup fee of $199, for a total of $349. Each session after that is $150. The initial session is longer because it includes providing you with the APP details and setting everything up to ensure your success. What to Expect in Your First Therapy Session Your first session with Rx Manager is designed to set you up for success. It lasts about 30–45 minutes and is held virtually on Zoom or by phone — whichever you prefer. Here’s what happens: Medication Review: We go over all the prescriptions, vitamins, and supplements you take. Daily Routine Check: We talk about your schedule and how your medications fit into it. Organization Setup: We help you create a simple system for tracking and taking your meds, which may include a pill organizer or bag. Reminder Plan: Together, we set up your personalized reminders through our app and calendar tools. Questions & Support: You’ll have time to ask anything about your medications, refills, or challenges. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear plan for taking your medicine with less stress — and ongoing support ready when you need it.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund. If you are unsatisfied after your first appointment, we will refund the cost of that appointment. Please note, the service fee is non-refundable.
